Master's in Management

ESMT Berlin's Master's in Management (MIM) prepares you for your global career.

The MIM program combines internships and a social impact project with applied coursework and research on the latest business and management theories. The current class is 87% international with students from 39 countries and diverse academic backgrounds.

The program is taught in English and is divided into two tracks with a focus on international management. One track (Quantitative Business) is designed for quantitative decision analysts and one track for creative and strategic thinkers (Innovative Management).

The two-year MIM program uses an interdisciplinary approach: students apply analytical models to understand the global economy, product development, and new techniques in technology management within global companies. Students planning to pursue a further academic career also have unique access to research practices and projects with ESMT's international faculty.
